What Is Dialpad?
Dialpad is a cloud communication service for enterprise businesses. The system makes it simple to connect remote employees and work from anywhere. Dialpad originally launched in 2014 and was created by Firespotter labs as a companion to UberConference.

What Are the Differences Between Dialpad and Burner?
Dialpad is a big product that solves a lot of the problems faced by large business with remote employees. Their system makes it easy for teams to communicate when they’re in different locations and time zones, to set-up conference calling, and integrate with customer support software such as Zendesk.
Burner, on the other hand, is much more focused on solving the issues faced by individual users and protecting peer-to-peer privacy. Burner offers unlimited calling, texting and picture messaging for less than the price of a fancy latte each month. It's also simple to have multiple secondary phone numbers with Burner. As for privacy, when you burn one of our numbers, you're disconnected immediately and all history is wiped.
Though Burner doesn’t offer conference calling or integration with Zendesk or Salesforce, we do have text autoreplies, advanced functionality through bots such as Ghostbot and Hostbot, and integrations with Evernote and SoundCloud, among other services.

How Much Does Dialpad Cost?
Dialpad starts at $15 per month (per user) for up to three departments and up to 100 users. This basic plan gives users access to calling, texting, conference calling, HD video calling, and integrations with Google Suite and Microsoft 365.
With an upgrade to $25 per month (again, per user) there’s access to international calling from multiple offices, voicemail transcriptions, and integration with Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow.
International calling is always available for a small fee, their rates are on their website.
