Employee Referral Program
Ad Hoc Labs is excited to create a public employee referral program. We're hard at work building out a great product and engineering team and we'd like your help.
What is the employee referral program?
Ad Hoc Labs will pay out a reward to anyone who submits a qualified referral that results in a full time hire in engineering or product. The referral reward will be paid in the amount equal to 20% of the full time hire's annual salary.
Who can be referred?
Candidates must not have applied for, been referred for, or worked in any role at Ad Hoc Labs in the past 2 years. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive company and we encourage referrals from candidates of all backgrounds.
How to refer a candidate
Use the links in the “open positions” section below to refer a candidate. You must include the candidate name and their LinkedIn profile or resume. Qualified referrals must include the referrer name, email, and your connection to the candidate. Please make sure your candidate fits the criteria for the position.
Who can participate in our employee referral program?
Anyone is eligible to participate in our referral program. Hiring managers cannot refer anyone for a position for which they are directly or indirectly responsible.
Additional rules and information
Candidates must be offered and accept a full time role and be employed for 90 days for the reward to be paid out.
The reward will be paid out within 30 days of the employees 90th day of employment.
There is no cap on the number of referrals any individual can make.
If two or more individuals refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the reward.
We will make our best effort to let all referrers know the status of their referral.
All rewards will be subject to taxation.
This referral program is subject to suspension at any time. Any referral made prior to the suspension of this program will be eligible for this reward.
